  1. What if I shop from several different grocery stores?

    Superb customer service is our number one priority. We are happy to make any second stops for an additional $10 charge. Please mark what store you would like the item or order purchased from if different from your preferred store.

  2. What if I am not available during the scheduled delivery times?

    If you provide us with a copy of your key we will happily deliver and put away your groceries for when you get home.

  3. I like my groceries to be fresh as available, how do I know I will get them that way?

    We shop for you as though we are shopping for ourselves. We will seek out the latest expiration dates and are educated on the freshness of your produce.

  4. My mother can no longer get out of the house, can I place an order for her and you could deliver it to her residence?

    Gladly! Please make a special note, with the order, of the address you want to goods delivered to.

  5. How and when do I pay for my groceries?

    We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard at the time of delivery or we can simply charge your card on file.

  6. How will I know that my order has been received?

    You will receive a confirmation phone call or email within 2 hours of submitting your list. At this time we will set up a delivery window. Please feel free to email us at admin@grocerygirls.biz if you have any questions about your order, we are always available for you!

  7. What if I find a problem with my order after the delivery has been made and you leave? How long do I have to report a problem?

    You have 24 hours after delivery to report a problem with the order. If something is not right, we will make it right. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

  8. What if a situation arises and no one can be at my residence during the scheduled delivery time?

    Please email us at admin@grocerygirls.biz and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  9. How long will it take me to grocery shop online?

    We figure that it will take around 40 minutes to fill out your first grocery list, but after that, when you log into our site you will have your list saved and you can simply add and delete from it!

  11. What days and times do you deliver?

    We currently deliver five days a week. Monday-Friday 8:00am-7pm. If these times are not convient for you, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  12. If Membership is free, why do I need to put down a debit/credit card?

    We require a debit/credit card for all members to protect our business. In rare cases when a significant amount of groceries are purchased and a customer is unavailable for delivery we are left with significant losses. Your credit card will ONLY be charged upon your request or if you are not present during your scheduled delivery time.
